We receive your business mail, open and sort it according to agreed workflows and business rules. Mail for specific departments or personnel are digitised then indexed and either pushed through an API to your own digital workflow systems or placed into a secure SFTP area for collection. Automation, AI and Machine Learning can be employed to classify, index and route your mail automatically to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

This process is highly efficient, and is charged on a consumption unit rate basis, creating further cost savings. Service Level Agreements ensure that relevant mail is received at specified intervals and that irrelevant mail is not using up your valuable business resources.
