COMPETITION FORMS DATA ENTRY
Inspired by a trip to Tokyo in 2003, Superdry fuses design influences from Japanese graphics
and vintage Americana, with the values of British tailoring. The result – unique urban clothing, with incredible branding and an unrivalled level of detailing. Such distinctiveness has gained the brand exclusive appeal, as well as an international celebrity following. Superdry.com sells to over 100 countries worldwide, and has 79 UK stores, and has stores across the USA, Australia, Europe, South America and Asia.
Superdry runs frequent competitions, across the UK. The completed competition forms along with other initiatives, have the aim of capturing customer contact details and signing customers up for the Superdry newsletter. The contact information is then used by the Superdry marketing team to further promote the brand and to keep their customers updated with the latest Superdry news. In order to effectively utilise the captured contact details, the data needs to be captured in a timely and accurate manner, and converted into electronic format for the marketing team at Superdry to leverage for future marketing campaigns.
The team at Superdry approached Adetiq to provide cost effective, accurate data entry and processing to extract the critical customer contact details from the completed forms, and process the data into a compatible file format, suitable for upload directly into the Superdry CRM system. Superdry requires a quick turnaround for the data to be converted and therefore Adetiq works to an agreed SLA to ensure that the information is processed quickly and accurately. Response levels of the completed forms often fluctuate due to seasonal high street factors such as the school summer holidays and the festive period, and therefore Adetiq adopts a flexible approach to the volume of forms received, processing as many or as little as Superdry needs within the agreed timeframes. This flexible approach gives Superdry the scalable resource required to process the critical but unknown data volumes quickly and accurately without distracting the internal workforce from their core responsibilities.
Adetiq also provides weekly reports relating to the data, enabling Superdry to compare store footfall and revenue figures against the levels of captured customer data, providing detailed analytics for the Superdry marketing team to effectively assess the ROI from their initiatives.
