Adetiq has established Quality Assurance procedures that deliver the highest level of accuracy, and comply with the standards set by ISO 9001.

The most critical focus of our process is providing excellent service to our customers, with the data accuracy, integrity, and security that is critical to all of our projects. 

Our overall goal is to provide quality services that exceed our customer’s compliance and project objectives, and meet all regulatory requirements. 

Quality Management System

The Quality Management System implemented at Adetiq is ISO 9001 compliant. This system ensures that quality is planned for throughout the lifecycle of the project and/or service the company is providing. The quality objectives are met through a combination of quality standards, measurements, analyses and continuous improvements. The Quality Management Plan establishes the activities, processes, procedures and behaviours that will ensure Adetiq delivers a high quality service.

Quality Control

Adetiq has a structured workflow for quality control. The quality control process will spot check the work that our team undertake within the system and will continually review and evaluate the effectiveness of team members, workflows, data quality and service levels.

QC activities focus on the services and deliverables of the project. Deliverables are monitored via a number of key processes, such as validation, internal audit non-conformances, correction and corrective actions, verification and data QC activities.

ISO 9001 certification demonstrates Adetiq’s commitment to consistency, continual improvement and customer satisfaction. The standard provides specific requirements for a quality management system that will enhance our ability to consistently deliver services that meet customer – as well as meeting statutory and regulatory requirements.
